National Network of Parent Carer Forums' Statements on the
National Audit Office Report & the Children's Commissioner Report

We are sharing two vital reports, the National Audit Office Report: Support for children and young people with special educational needs and the Children’s Commissioner Report: Waiting times for assessments and support for autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions, which highlight the challenges faced by children and young people with special educational needs (SEND) and neurodevelopmental conditions.

These reports, along with statements from the National Network of Parent Carer Forums (NNPCF), do not only shed light on the current state of services but also emphasise the urgent need for change.

We invite you to read the full reports and statements to learn more about how we are working together, across the network, to drive positive change for all children with special educational needs and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Together, we can ensure that the voices of SEND families are heard and that meaningful change is achieved for all.
