Have Your Voice Heard!

At WSPCF, collecting feedback isn’t just a process,  it’s a principle!

As a Parent Carer Forum, our core purpose is to ensure that families of children and young people with SEND are heard, represented, and empowered to influence the services they use.
Every survey response, comment, and conversation helps us build a clearer picture of what families need and where systems are falling short.

Our “Have Your Voice Heard” approach is embedded across everything we do, from events and consultations to strategic panels and service design. We use feedback to challenge poor practice, celebrate what works, and coproduce solutions with professionals.
It’s how we stay accountable to our members, amplify lived experience, and drive meaningful change in West Sussex!

Your Story Counts!

Whether positive, negative, or or mixed, your voice matters!

Your experiences help us to spot patterns, highlight what’s working, and push for change where things could be better.

Been to an event this term?

Your feedback matters!

It helps us improve future events
and apply for funding.

Maintained Special Schools

We want to hear from parent carers of children and young people in maintained special schools.
Your experiences will help show what’s missing, and what needs to improve.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences, they truly make a difference.
